Fruit and Nut Salami

When your children are picky eaters then you are bound to find out smart ways to make them eat a balanced diet. Mealtime battles have become a common occurrence in my household. So every single day to make my younger one eat all kinds of veggies and fruits I dish out ways to make food visually appealing and give a catchy name to the foods to boost her appetite. These are some no nag ways to outsmart a fussy and picky eater.

With an insatiable hunger for sweet stuff my younger one keeps on pestering me for a dessert after every meal. That’s when I decided to introduce Dry Fruits as an after meal dessert and it was a tedious task to make her eat her daily dose of dry fruits. Fortunately found this recipe in a middle eastern cook book and it was a hit with her. The salami name and the look worked for her and she looks forward to a slice of it in the lunchbox or after a meal and the mom is also happy.

Dried fruits are not only delicacies but are a rich source of protein and minerals. This is why every diet regimen recommends a handful of them in your daily diet. I order them online from Place of Origin and they deliver the finest and best quality stuff to your doorstep at a reasonable price without you leaving the comfort of your home.
