When you have got a kid who refuses to eat any thing on her plate then anxiety does kick in, leading you to make desperate offers of healthy staples you know she will like. Days of awesome eating are followed by ones when it seems she is following some trendy fast. Well then the mom has to take the required action and camouflage the healthy veggies in tasty creamy sauces☺️

Today my post is a Pasta with rosemary sautéed veggies in a creamy cheesy sauce without any flour or butter or cream but with Cauliflower….perfect healthy Gluten free sauce for a Cauliflower shy family . If you add some Parmesan cheese to this sauce then it can be called a Cauliflower Alfredo, best for a bowl of Pasta or a Pizza. Sending this as an entry for the 84 th Foodie Monday Bloghop for the theme Pasta.

My fussy eater gobbles up this healthy, dreamily delicious, cheesy sauce with pasta in no time and that sure makes me satisfied!! ❤️
