Kheera Pudina Lassi/Cucumber and Mint Lassi

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2C yoghurt DahiThick /
  • 1/2C Water
  • 1C Cucumberchopped / Kheera
  • A handful/ Coriander Pudinafresh and MintDhaniya and
  • 1inch GingerGrated / Adrak
  • / Cumin jeeraA sprinkling of Roasted powderbhuna powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 01 green chilli
Instructions
  1. Blend the cucumber,chilli,ginger,coriander and mint with the water till mushy in a mixer.
  2. Add the yoghurt and salt and give a nice churn in the mixer till frothy.
  3. Serve in tall glasses with a sprinkle of roasted Cumin Powder and a mint leaf on top.
